Cancelling
You can cancel any subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full. We do not refund charges for billing periods that have already elapsed beyond 14 days.
Agency per-site charges
Per-site charges follow the same 14-day window as platform charges.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, so the charge on your statement appears under Paddle's name. Refunds are processed through Paddle, returned to the original payment method, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
